Q: Reading Problem

For the last two years I have had a reading problem that comes and goes.
I start reading, a book or paper, then about twice a day or I lose the ability to carry on reading. I can't scan the words and it also effects my ability to have a conversation. I can only talk in mono syllables.
I have had an mri scan, which showed that I have no apparent physical problems. The conditions lasts for about 20mins to half an hour, then I can both read and talk normally.

The problem is always triggered by reading, if I don't read a great deal in the day no problem.
