Most people like to lose weight! Lol. Are you really under weight? You should ask a doctor about that if you are. I'm sure they can tell you what kind of foods to eat and all that good stuff.

Have you been trying to lose weight and gone too far or are you losing it without trying? If it's the latter then I would definitely go and see your doctor because there might be a medical reason for your weight loss that needs to be treated.

Go to "smoothie king" and get the smoothie "the hulk" it has a weight gain protein in it!! Plus ice cream!! Yumm! They have strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate!! I like the strawberry...But they're allll good!!

Weight lifters use it to get fat which they then turn into muscle!!

Fat cannot, and never can turn into muscle. However, with proper exercise and diet, your fat is burned for engery by the new muscle mass obtained from exercise.

Eat the most fattening foods possible...Fast food is the first thing that comes to mind. Eat anything deep-fried, and try avocados. Drink whole milk too. Swallow some rocks - if that doesn't work, then I guess you're just destined to be scrawny. Damn, I sure wish I needed to gain weight.

Yeah don't take cambions advice unless you want lovely trans fats clogging your arteries. Rather skinny than unhealthy i'ld say.

Being thin is not bad unless your unhealthy.I wouldn't even worry about it if I were you
