Q: Fistula: what is causing Bloody hole above the Anus?

i discovered that my boyfriend has a hole slightly above his butthole and it bleeds when you push down on a part alittle to the side of it. what is this called and should he go see a doc?

According to your description (a bloody hole above the anus), your boyfriend might by experiencing a peri-anal fistula. A fistula is a pathologically created canal through the tissue. He HAS TO see his GP and then perhaps an abdominal surgeon later by referral.
