Q: Night Sweats, Nausea, and Headaches...what can it be?

For the past 3 days I have suffered from night sweats, nausea and a headache.
The first day my temp was 101.9, second day 99.1 and today 98.1

According to the symptoms in your post (sweating, nausea, headache, and increased body temperature) you might be experiencing an infection. These symptoms are common for all infections, so it is impossible to identify the precise type of infection only given the symptoms. You can visit your GP for a physical examination and to perform standard blood work for a proper diagnosis.
