Hi, i'm 22 I have a lot of anxiety and stress a whole lot of it and i'm a hypocondriac. I was just wondering if anybody else has this and is this just from stress and anxiety. Every morning and everyday sometimes my heart is beating faster than normal like 86 to 90 beats per minute and i'v had my heart checked out already and it is all normal.

Thank you

Is there any other symptoms that occur while you are having the fast beating heart?

Mine sometimes beats faster then normal, my normal heart rate is 60-65 some times it is 80 but I feel anxious when it happens - not sure if it is before or after my heart starts beating faster though. Yesterday when I went to the dentist it was about 100 and I was getting the missed beat too - now this is because I was very anxious as I was getting a tooth removed

Beating Fast
If anything just worrying a whole lot and some anxiety, but my mind attends to be stuck on health problems all the time. And I do get some palpitations with them. My normal heart rate is normally 70 to 80 but when i'm not active it's sometimes 60 to 70.

Sounds typical anxiety to me.
When I first got anxiety it I would worry about every little thing - now I let nothing bother me, I have bad days but rather then sitting or laying down feeling my palse all day I make myself do stuff. Each time I got the missed beats I used to freak out now I know what they are so I just ignore them as much as possible. I used to get bad chest pain and stomach pain and just feel like rubbish. Now I can get passed it. I am on no medication but I do have xanax incase I have a day where I can't get it under control. Thankfully they are getting further and further apart
