Hello all.

I took the 1 hour oral glucose tolerance test and it came back at 156. Normal is anywhere between 139 and 144. So I have been scheduled for a 3 hour glucose test to determine if I have gestational diabetes. Is 156 considered high?

Since yesterday I have been checking my sugar. I checked my sugar when I got home from work and it was 105 then I had a salad for dinner and an hour later I tested and it was 118 then I took an iron pill and tested and my sugar level was at 129. This morning I tested and it was 114. Are all of these levels normal or too high?

Please respond! I am really nervous and scared about tomorrow's test.

Thanks.

Well I went for the 3 hour glucose sugar test and it came back normal. Thank god! I think what was causing such a high sugar was the late night snacks.

Thanks
