What do you do when your in a type of relationship that you give and give to the man and he thinks of himself only when out spending the money. I have been in a relationship with a gentlemen for 3 years and I am a very giving person if I see something in the store that I know he will like I get it for him. If there is something he is just dieing to have I buy it for him. I am not talking just little things either there big things (lots of money) but I can't get him to think of me even if I hint around to it or just bluntly say hey I want this and I would really like it if you got it for me. No it usually takes a special occasion (like my birthday or x-mas) to get anything from him and even then it's not much. All I really want is to know that he thinks of me once in awhile and not just himself. Am I asking to much or is this typical for some males to be this way?
