Gallbladder/lymp Nodes

Hi, my name is karen I have been having a bad time with my gallbladder
and the hospital I went to did a ct-scan and found a polyp growing on my gallbladder and they say it is two times the size that it should be.

But now I have developed another issue my lymph nodes are swollen under my right arm pit and all down my right side, as well in my back and they are very painful and I am really worried what this maybe, no infection shows in bloodwork,was given a z-pack.

Also is it true that you develope these symptoms due to gallbladder issues? Anyone ever heard of this,as of today 9/18/06 have lost 32 lbs.

I am afraid this might be lymphoma, any suggestions to ease my worrying mind.

Dr, has precluded that gallbladder has to come out which is a good thing.
I even gave it a name, I call it "monster" because it has caused me so much pain......But open to any advice what other this maybe...
