Hi,i'm 22 yrs old I have anxiety, i'v had it for more than 5 yrs. I also have a lot of stress .Does any one ever get pressure or tighting in the middle of your chest that comes and goes also pain in your left arm,chest, back and palpitaions this stuff really scares me like i'm going to have a heart attack.I'm a obsecessive worrier that thinks about bad stuff that can and that might happen to me and my heart everyday. I think about how fast, how slow my heart is going everyday, and sometimes my heart goes faster one day and slow the next. I work in a stressful enviorment that is doing a number on me.I worry that every time I work out or do someting active my heart is going to palpitate and it does.I have noticed that when i'm not stressed or have anxiety and not thinking about it ,it's not that bad I hardly notice it.I have never been like this before say about 3 yrs ago I mean about the stress and heart thing.But I always delt with anxiety and panic attacks. I am a hypocondriac I worry about every thing about my health, I have been to doctors and heart docters all came back normal. Also I have been losing my hair little by little due to stress.



I just want to know if this is a lot to do with stress and anxiety people with similar problems please write back and tell me what to do ! Also I need positive storys that really helps me with my problems.

Sounds tome that you might want to see a mental health doctor to see if you might be able to get on some meds that will calm your stress and anxiety. I have been suffering with anxiety and stress for the past year and a half and that is caused from my own personal streeses that are going on around me. So for the time being until the stress mellows out I have been placed on meds to calm me. Stress and anxiety are common things that people suffer with and it can cause the symptoms that you are haveing. It can also make you fill very ill so health issues are common to. So if you want to see a doctor for results see a mental health doctor and talk to them they are very helpful if you find the right one. Good luck to you and I hope I have been of some advice!!!!!

If it's just a negative thought you're rehashing, then you must be able to say to that thought: 'stop.' "that's difficult to do, but it's very important,”
rather than becoming paralyzed with anxiety, here's another message you can send yourself: "i may have to take a job I don't like as much, may have to travel further than I want, but i'll do what I have to do now. At least I will have the security of income in the short term. Then I can look for something better later."
by the study of your problem I search lot of site and collect this material but the most important thing is that you have to curious about the problem because if I tell you name of some trusted site than you will only go to that site and read some important and leave but ti want to tell you that you have read whole the site and collect the information and post it for the help of the other like I do for you I have find this one edit "then you realize when you've done everything you can, that you need to move forward," and be informatics for the other make your nature careful to other then you feel this anxiety feel anxiety to you and you become a stress free, anxiety free and tension free personality, take care and update me if you got some help from this wonder site that I find for you.
