Alternative Medicine Forum - Have Anyone Come Across This Plz Read

Hi iam 25 years old & I can't remember when it started ,
some time it happens to me when I suddenly bends I get breathless & its like my heart coming to my throut & heavy heart beat will be there near my throut, will be very difficult to breath but it only lasts abouy 1min or 1.5mins.

Is there anyone with this samething happening or its just me.

Please reply if anyone have experienced this

Breathing thru your mouth in a paper bag will help you whenever you get this attacks. I do keep one in my bag just in case Wink

it's nothing to worry about but if it comes regular then it would be best to see a doctor so he/she could prescribe you with something.

Also, don't try to breathe fast cause it will only make you dizzy and increase your heart rate.

hey vol, yes it is something to worry about because if left untreated panic attacks can become so severe that it debilitates you to the point where you are not mentally able to function properly.

But as far as physical health is concerned it is nothing to worry about.
