My problem is that if I am in a situation where I have to speak in front of more than one person, formal or informal, my face goes bright red and feels like its burning which makes me sweat and because of this I feel everyone is looking at me and I can never get out what I want to say and now remain fairly quiet. I there some sort of cosmetic surgery than can stop me going red?
