Q: Am I Still Pregnant?

I had a surgical abortion done on friday. I felt fine for the entire day, then on saturday I had a fever. I don't know how high the fever got, but it broke within 5 hours.

I'm feeling more or less fine now, just a bit weak. There's cramping, but not an abnormal amount of bleeding.
But i've read somewhere that having a fever means they haven't completely terminated the pregnancy?
Is this true?

Sometimes women will geta fever for a few hours after an abortion, but as long as it goes away and does not come back then you are fine.

Only if a fever is persistent do you need to worry, but it is still always a good idea to check and make sure your doctor agrees.
