Heart Disease and Heart Attack Forum - Do I Have a Possible Heart Problem?

Greetings
for around 2 weeks I have a some weird problems that are occuring. First of all I am 21 years old male.For last 10~ days when I try to sleep at nights time to time I feel I have a minor heart sting and my arms and legs having prickle , not only left side tho but mostly left. Also sometimes when I deep breath I again feel a pain at my heart(but not that heavy pain) also while sleeping I have a minor breathing issue. Is these are a messenger of something bad or can it be normal after 2 years of lack of movement due to halting my universty?

a possible heart problem

I've been occasionally (every two or three months, several "stings" during a couple of days and prickling and electric shock feelings mostly on the left side, tho they don't always appear at the same time) having similar symptoms during the last couple of years except for the breathing problems while asleep. The symptoms have been so mild I haven't bothered to go and see a doctor. Moreover, it might well be due to stress or in my case to that I'm not very fit (I'm not fat, just not fit). Still, I'd be glad to know if this is normal or not.
