Ocd
I have OCD, pure O as a matter-of-fact, and bipolar disorder. Through all of my research the therapy for both of these disorders is Cognitive Behavior Therapy CBT. It is what the doctor has ordered.

There is also medications which help us, I can't remember their names specifically but they are anxiety disorder meds. Meds that calm us down.

Meditation
Check out

www.buddhanet.net

There are tons of books for free that you can read about meditation and mindfulness. Both practices will help you immensly. Also don't drink, smoke, caffeine, etc and try to eat well. B vitamins are great for mental clarity. I also take Xanax for the anxiety and doing all of the above. Practicing meditation daily has really helped.

I hope you feel better,
OE
