There is a bunch of things that are supposed to help morning sickness (but hey its actually all day sickness)

~eat more smaller meals
~soda crackers
~gingerale like ds said except its actually made with ginger and not artifical flavouring
~avoid being around cooked meat (that used to make me sick)
~popsicles
~there is actually precription stuff you can get to help with morning sickness I forget the name but it cost like 100$ for a month

You can take vitamin b6 for that. 50-100mg every 12 hours. It isn't a prescription either, you can buy it at just about any drug store.

Definitely ginger. Ginger altoids are the absolute best, they saved my life a couple of times. Lemon drops will work in a pinch too. The only problem is that for me they only worked while I was sucking on them. As soon as I finished one the nausea came back.
