Hi Smith Here Is One Herbal Supplement
Glucosamine sulfate is a form of amino sugar that is believed to play a role in cartilage formation and repair. Glucosamine sulfate gained widespread use for the treatment of arthritic conditions.

There are several vitamins and minerals which can help. I'd be happy to provide anyone with more information, but in general you should take the following:

- a high quality, pharmaceutical grade nutritional supplement for your vitamins and minerals
- 190mg of high quality grape seed extract (possibly more)
- calcium
- glucosamine

additionally, I have a cd of a doctor's presentation, Dr. Ladd mcnamara, discussing nutritional supplementation. In it he explains how it has helped several of his patients (cancer, arthritis, diabetes, etc) and also gives medical studies to back up his claims. If you are interested in the cd, drop me an email and i'll send one out to you at no charge. It's about 70min long.
