I am 28 years old and am severly anemic.
I have a lot of things going on that I though maybe someone could help with. I have no insurance to keep going back and forth to a doctor, so I hope someone can point me in the right direction. My symptoms are following:

light headed
dizzy
tired, but can't sleep.
Short of breath
constant diarhera, but sometimes it just feels like it and nothing comes out.
Genital glands are swollen.

I have been under a lot of stress and I have been told that I have depression. ( my life sucks). Now I am worried about this. I am taking iron pills now also.
