I get very very depressed around the winter time. Since that time of year is just around the corner, I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how I could help myself around this time?

I'm already dealing with depression right now, so I know in the winter its going to kill me. Last winter I couldnt sleep, couldnt go to my classes, had weird eating habits, was completely numb and pessimestic, and then dropped out of college.

I plan on going back next semester, but that scares me a little since i'm going back when it will be winter time...

Any suggestions?

Sounds Like S.a.d
Sounds like s.A.D symptoms your having even I could be wrong. Winter times yes can be hard but find something you like. Like look at the snow and that will make you put a smile on your face. Besides even if I am cold and heartless I still use common sense so stop being so down on yourself. Life is too short being down is what I been told but hun you willl make it though trust me
