Hi everyone, i'm a newbie to this site, and have found it really informative thus far. Like everyone else on this site, getting implants is just scary, super expensive, a last resort or not an option for so many reasons. I have been toying with the idea, and maybe one day if all else fails! I am not giving up hope. If I ever do seriously consider getting them, I want to know that I did everything possible to have natural enlargement!
I have tried different methods in the past purposeful and some accidental and here are my results: brava breast enlargement system: 23 years old, 8 months of grueling antisocialness, excuses to be in bed early, uncomfortable restless nights sleeping on my back with big suction domes that kept unsticking and making a funny vacuum air noise. But brava did have slight results! I went from flat nipple on skin 32aa to little slightly fatty plateaud mounds closer to a 32a, if that makes any sense. These results remained, but like I said, it was grueling.
Last year, 24 years old, I switched my antidepression medication to depakote and found out it had progesterone types of chemicals in it, similar to birth control that kind of mimics pregnancy. My breasts grew to a full 32a. I do not know if I can attribute it to the drug (my breast became super tender, elasticy and sensitive), or the fact that the nature of depakote made me gain like 10 pounds from food cravings. I quickly got off that drug because it hadway too many negative side effects.
I'm back to an almost 32a. I've read through 1/2 of the forum and did some internet research as well. There is soo much information out there that it could be a part time job, or even a degree program on this! Anyways from what i've gathered, i've come up with my own plan.

massage 15 minutes circular motion day and night with yuxue breast enhancement topical cream/gel with natural plant extract --i found on my trip to asia. (i have been using it intermittenly 1 month and it does work, slightly firming during the day, asthetically you can see but wears off,im waiting on long term results, nice supplement doesnt hurt to wear it on a date night.)

body fortress amino acid 1000 (i read some women attest to this in europe)
4)
whey protein isolate.
5) extra's
some almonds here and there, eggs, positive self talk to help my body accept.
6) faith. Prayer to st. Therese. Rosary.
Hopefully this will work. I've read alot of positives and findings in asia about the massage. I hope taking these pills are safe I read so many conflicting results, however its my least risky,best option at this point. I just want to look proportionate to my butt, wear cute shirts like other women! Wow this post is long. I hope to compare notes.
