I am a hygienist and I have a patient who wished to bleach his teeth. However he has lichen planus that comes and goes on a regular basis. Would the bleaching exacerbate the problems occurring with lichen planus or would it be ok to bleach?
Please answer only if you have professional or factual knowledge on this subject!!!
