I have been getting gvery dizzy lately, peolpe tell me that you get it with anxiety but I though that it was because you hyperventilate etc. Mine happens when I am feeling normal, not anxious at all!!

Any ideas?

I have been getting these attacks of dizziness along with some lightheadedness. My doctor tells me that this goes along with anxiety however I can get it while I am not even having an anxiety attack. I talked with someone that deals with depressed patients and people with anxiety and she told me that u can have an anxiety attack with the dizziness symptom with nothing else along with it that comes about from your sub conscious mind. I dont agree with this but maybe it will make u feel better. If I were u I would go talk to a doctor.

Ive been seeing a neurologist and he is going to do a brain wave test on monday. So far he thinks its anxiety/sinus related but needs to rule out everything else first.

My dizziness is really bad too - has been for the last 4 weeks, I do have days which are not to bad but most the time the dizziness is there just the dagee that varies.

I thought about it last night and the bast way for me to discribe my dizziness is - I feel like I am swaying!! Is this the same for you.

I am on xanax for my anxiety .25mg - doesn't seem to do much for the dizziness though

Yeah sometimes I feel like my head is too heavy for my neck.

I also use to be so well organised and always on time, heaps of initiative etc, now I can't be bothered

This is really stressing me out. I wish one day I could wake up and feel good. Like is that so hard? I just want to be normal again. I want to have refreshing nights of sleep and wake up just feeling great and be able to do anything I want that day. It never happens though I always feel like every day is a struggle

You know what else I fear.
I fear that i'm going to have diabetes. It doesn't run im my family, im young, im in shape, my blood tests are perfect but I just read about it sometimes beacause it says you are dizzy and tired and I just freak out and say omg what if I fainted or had some kind of diabetes episode. I freak out over everything

I don't worry about the diabetes. My dad has it but I am very concious of what I eat etc so I reckon I will be o.K. At least for a few years anyway.

I know what you mean, even when I am feeling great it is still on my mind because I think - if only I could feel this good forever
