Q: Ms Or Complications From Dystonia??

I was diagnosed with cervical dystonia (spasmodic torticollis), a neurological movement disorder, in 1993. It causes pain and spasm in the neck. In july, I started to develop numbness in my right pinkie that comes and goes throughout the day. I also have intense pain on the right side of my neck and spasms. I received my last botox injection at the beginning of aug, which should have stopped the pain/spasm, but hasn't. My neuro also put me back on baclofen. I am taking 10 mg per day and that has done nothing to alleviate the pain. I was reading about some of the common early symptoms of ms and am curious-do you think the symptoms are more dystonia or ms related?? I also have frequent urination (i do take a dieuretic) to the point where I am sometimes going 1-2 times an hour, I have occasional difficulty swallowing (which the neuro thinks is from the botox/baclofen) and I am noticing some minor forgetfulness (such as making a wrong entry in the computer at work, forgetting where I put something, etc). No major memory issues or confusion, just minor. From some of your experiences dealing with ms does these symptoms sound like they could possibly point to ms or no? I have not had some of the other early symptoms-no leg issues at all.
