Every so often I get dizzy and feel sick to my stomach, some times its so bad im in bed for most of the day. Its not like im missing meals or am horribly out of shape, I am currently 20, 150lbs and can run a mile under 6 mins.
There are time during extreme physical use I get very strong and sharp pains under my right collar bone followed by dizziness once again.
I do tend to have weeks were i'd comsume a lot of sugar, i.E soda and candy, but its not then I usally feel that way. Its when I eat less of it and a bit more salty products.
My family has a really bad history of diabetes, and im not sure if im on my way there.
