Q: Hemroid Pain

I think i've had hemroid's before, just bleeding in my stool and itchy anus and then it's gone away. Several days ago I took a large bowel movement after being slightly constipated. Ever since I have had a hemroid that is outside my anus that is very painful. It isn't burning painful or itchy it is different. Painful inside not on the surface. It was so painful that I woke up in the middle of the night. It feels sore deep inside. I've tried to push the hemroid back in with some sucess it may stay in for a couple hours and then fall out. I'm fairly worried about this since I am leaving the country in a couple of days. Is this possibly something different. Should I go to the emergency room about it since I wouldn't be able to see my doctor in time? If it is just a hemroid should I be able to treat it at home?
