Q: Ovulation W/out Menstration?

My husband and I had concieved in february but ended up having an eptopic pregnancy that ruptured so now I am working with one tube and I think that I might be pregnant again (two dollar tree pregnancy tests have been positive but the line is very, very light) but I have not had a period since may 27th. Is it possible to ovulate and not have a period especially when working with only one tube?

Anyone have any ideas? Greatly appreciated.
