Hi everyone! I'm 15 years old. I got serious problem. I feel very uncomfortable, blush then I try/meet girls. I'm very sensitive too, even in class, then teacher asks me somthing, and I dont know I turn red, my whole boddy starts to boil. Or I do something in front of the class and everyone is looking at me. This is my biggest problem in whole life. In addition, my english is not really good then I talk(i came to us 2years ago), most people dont understand me for the first time I say somthing, that makes me nervous too. I've been trying be strong and everyting, but I failed... Any advice/tips?
