Is skin irritation after a bath normal...?

Hello there,

i have had some weird things going on for quite awhile now. My skin, whenever I take a bath, my skin would...


1: weird dust or something similiar always appears after I get out of the shower. It never seems to stop.


2: my skin would get irritations.


3: my lips would frozen up really hard and when I try to lick around it, I can taste those weird dust I mentioned above.


It always happen, whenever I get out of the shower.


I seriously don't know if this is normal for a person, but I really need to know what is happening to my skin, before I start to take any serious measurements, thank you.
