Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am 26 years old. For the past 6 or 7 months I have had one small bump that looks like nothing more than a small pimple on the top of the shaft of my penis. I had a few more on the bottom of my penis but they have went away. I do shave my genital area; however, the bump that hasn't went away is far enough up my penis to where I don't shave in that area. Also, my girlfriend started with a few small bumps around her bikini area. She also shaves so this isn't something that we see as "not normal".. But here lately she has been having more bumps pop up on the insides of her butt cheeks. We have looked at pics of hpv, herpes, syphilis and none of them look like our bumps. I also have a tear underneath the head of my penis ( I am circumsized ) and it will not heal. Even with me trying to treat it and not having sex for a month. It keeps tearing even after it looks like it may be gone. Please advise...

It's good that you're being cautious, but really I think if you had an sti or something the bumps would be really noticeable, and you would know it! It sounds to me like the bumps are caused by ingrown hairs. This happens when people shave. Also, if the weather is hot and sticky, sweat rash could be a factor too. If shaving is causing more bother than it's worth, maybe you and her should just trim instead. Unless you want to look into expensive waxing treatments.
