Q: Ways to Ease Period Cramps

Extremely eHealthy
Well ive been having bad period cramps and I was wondering a good way to ease the pain.The thing is im on bc.Any help.

yep, that always works for me. And wear very loose clothing because tight pants make period cramps worse. I also heard exercising helps ease the cramps.
