Hey everyone~ ok , I am 14 weeks. . I havent been workin out at all sense I found out. .Well I decided I wanted to start working out a little bit to keep in best shape I can while all my extra lbs come.. But thing is I seem to get tired and my heart beats fast really easy. .Like I was trying to follow this excersize show today and after like 3 minutes I was exhausted?? Is this normal? Maybe I just need to build up. . It wasnt even aerobics tho. Does anyone else have this prob?

Haha I do the same way girl...The other day I said I was gonna do some stationary cycling for about an hour.Haha I lasted like five mins and felt really exhausted..We just need to start out with the really easy stuff and build back up..B/c I know b4 I got preggers I was able to cycle all day long!Lol, but im gonna just start with small arm weights and then work up to like lunges and so on and so forth...Make the "warmups"that u did b4 pregnancy ur actual workout now for a littel while and see if that helps
