My right neck is becoming painful at the back esp when I turn and there is also some relatively swollen area on the right side of the back of my head. The bump is not visible but I can feel it in my hands and it is slightly itching me as well. It started three days ago, a few days after I started to live in a new country. I began to sleep in a new bed (with very small and uncomfortable pillow) . I also remember sitting infront of the computer for a lot of hours and feeling some strain on the neck just one or 2 days before pain started. Now even the upper tricep muscle of my right hand is becoming slightly dizzy. Please tell me how serious my problem is.
