symptoms I am having: bulging eyes (i have
problems with one eye)
anxiety
rapid
heartbeat
trembling hands
tiredness
light
vision problems
sweating like a pig , not tolerating heat
at all
sleep
disturbances
i am 23 yrs old girl from estonia, I have
6 yrs old son and I started having thyroid
problems 1,6 yrs ago.
I got treatment with medication called
tiotil which is from denmark and is quite
new. It is ptu medication, at first I
took 250 mg of it for 2-3 weeks in a day,
then 200mg for 2-3 months and then 150mg
til the end of the year. I also started
to read about thyroid diseases after and
decided to change doctor since this did
not helped me what she gave me, she also
did not informed me about everything I
should need to know about my disease. I
started having teeth problems as well
though I took very good care of my teeth
as usually and I also loose hair a lot. I
still am not sure why and is it because of
my thyroid disease. My doctor also did
not told me about grave's disease and
never gave me treatment for my eye.
Basicly she just gave me tiotil in small
doses and did not tell me anything. 3
months after I finished taking tiotil I
changed doctor and she gives me right now
also tiotil but she told me to take 300 mg
until the hormone level normalizes and
then she suggest me to do radioactive
treatment. I also have someone who has
same disease with same symptoms and
radioactive treatment influenced her all
body very badly and she told that she
would choose now surgery but my new doctor
doe not want me to do that and said they
won't do it. New doctor also did not told
me about grave's disease and I do not know
how they do surgery in estonia, maybe they
do not have ant surgerys who would do it
well but I do not want to get radioactive
treatment.
Now when you know most of my story and
symptoms and my disease story then can
anybody say to me what should I do? I do
not trust doctors in estonia, I have seen
lot of terrible results that doctors here
have caused and I have every reason to
doupt in them.
please help me!!!!

Can U Take Healthguard T18? Posted: 10-30-06 11:38am
Hello. My aunt has prob. Of graves also
since diagnosed est.3yrs already... She's
a workacholic and her eye (both) bulging
more than ever, neck got slightly
enlarged. That forced her not to work so
hard. We familly helped her source alot
of natural medication as aunt has prob.
To take much prescribed drugs.
As you, her eye prob. & symptoms are
not much solved even on those drugs. So
we studied alot from the net, and found
one natural chinese medi called
'healthguard t18' from singapore. Aunt
is now on 3rd treatment. Her eye bulge
prob improved, 0.2/3mm withdrawal
backwards. Neck is not that 'hard' when
touch by fingers now. The thyroid
symptoms were improveed from 3 months
after taking t18.
We still stay in contact with the
pro.Health consultant, by email you can
reach him at tedyu
@health-guard.Net. (v.Nice
person!& precise advice) you can
study the t18 thyroid remedy from here
[ref.:http://www.Health-guard.Net/eng/thyr
oid_guide.Php] for a glance before
consultation.
We family are hapi with aunt's health
improvement progress so far. I think
healthguard t18 is quite a good alernative
coz s'pore has strict rules on chinese
medication. If its registered product
there should be trusted.

Hello, I am sorry you are having so many
problems with your thyroid. I also have
graves disease, and was diagnosed over 20
years ago.
Did your doctor tell you that graves
disease in an autoimmune disease?
I almost lost my life to graves
disease.....I also took the anti thyroid
drugs at first, tapazole, sski, etc...
Then when I was stable, I had the
rai...Radio active iodine , that
destroyed most of my gland. It sounds
as though the medications are different
where you are...And I would recomend
having the rai....It did not do anything
to my body..It has a half life of about 9
days... They give you a dose according
to your weight, and it contains iodine....
That is what takes the radiation up to
the gland....Iodine always is taken up by
the thyroid gland, so the radiation goes
along for the ride... It usually stays
in the gland for up to a year......At the
time I had it, I was very scared, and
discovered, that was the way to go...I
have had no problems as far as side
effects from radiation, but, about 5
months after I had the radiation, my
thyroid went the other way, and I now am
hypothyroid, and take synthroid daily to
put the hormone back into my body,,,i have
had more problems with that over the
years, then anything else, and I hate
taking the synthroid.... It has side
effects, and it is hard to get my thyroid
levels normal...I am tninking of going to
a speciialist, who will send me to a
compound pharmacist, and make thyroid
hormone just for me.. The right
amount... I found out armour thyroid is
the way to go, and I also probably need
t3... Synthroid is t4 from what I
understand.....I wish you luck....And hope
you can find a doctor in your part of the
world who is educated on thyroid
disease....If you have anymore
questions, or just need to talk you can
email me... Shevan@cis.Ne

Have a nice day
