I have been diagonsed with gallstones. I have intermittent pain more intense under my right rib but also at the bottom of my left rib and in the centre of my chest and throat. I get a terribe hunger pain along with this as if I haven't eaten in weeks [even if I have just eaten]. The pain in my left and right side is a sickly ache. When I get these pains I also get sudden tiredness which goes as soon as the pain does. I get the pain intermittently. It can go for a week or [as it is presently] a few times a day. It also varies in intensity. When it is at it's worst I lie down and this seems to make it disappear.

Has anyone had problems with gallstones and had excessive hunger and acid?

I will be going for a gastroscopy shortly to rule out an ulcer.
