Q: I Have a Question About My Tongue

Around noonish today I noticed my tongue was a little sore in the center towards the right side. There feels as though there is a knot inside and not visible to see.. My tongue does not look swollen but the knot seems to have gotten bigger and is very sore and I am unable to talk??????? Yes iam a smoker.
