A few days ago I started having difficulty
going for a poo. It then became painful,
at the point at which it was coming out.
This has been the case for a couple of
days now, I noticed slight blood spots on
the tissue paper and it itches alot, more
so at night keeping me awake. It sounds
like piles and I have cream (anusol) but
it doesnt seem to be working very well. I
am not able to see a doctor till mon. Do
you have any advice to help with the
discomfort to help me sleep. Would be
very grateful, thank you.
