Me and my boyfriend found out we were preg. I discovered im around 6 weeks. I've just been spotting a lite brown and im so scared. I've heard that with negative blood type you can misscarry. Is this true? Can I loose this baby?

that is completely false.....Your blood type will not cause a miscarriage...Chromosone abnormalities are the biggest cause of miscarriages and are unpreventable. Consult your Dr. For the spotting.

I'm rh negative &my pregnancy is going fine.
You just have to get a shot when you're around 28wks.

But it shouldn't matter to you.
You're killing your baby, anyway.

Actually it can factor in sometimes. I am rh neg too and they said it was possible because after one miscarriage I did not get the rogam shot that it may have caused my 2nd miscarriage. Anyway I am moving this post too. It's weird that you are getting and abortion but are worried about miscarrying. Are you sure about what you want?? Make sure you are before doing anything.

I responded to your other thread in the abortion forum but i'm also curious about why you're concerned about miscarriage if you're getting an abortion?
Are you unsure of what to do? If so this is something you really need to think through - i'm pro-choice but you need to be sure abortion is what you want beforehand. If you're worried about miscarriage do you want to remain pregnant?
