Hey guels im sooooo confused! Yesterday I went to a different clinic to get a blood test done to see how far along I am. Today my sister called for the results and the blood test said I am not pregnant!!! What!!!!!! How is this possible? The urine test I took at a clinic came out positive. Now this test is negative. How is that?? I still dont have my period, my nipples are sore, I get disgusted to eat food, sometimes my appetite goes crazy with craves.....I dont get it! How can I not be pregnant? Can this be a ectopic pregnancy? How can this be?? Im really freaking out! Ive been through so much stress searching for jobs and help so I can have this baby and now all of a sudden im not pregnant! Im so devestated!!Can someone pleez tell me what is going on????

Omg.. That is really weird.. Im sorry, I dont know what an ectopic pregnancy is , could u tell me??? I dont know what to say. .But seldom are blood tests wrong.. But maybe retest once more or do another pee test n see ?? Cuz it sounds like u would be pregnant.. But I think blood is pretty accurate.......I never even got a blood test tho so my doc trusted a pee test just as well (i know I am preg tho cuz we heard the heartbeat and saw an ultrasound) but thats really weird. Keep us posted, and goodluck* how old r u?

An ectopic pregnancy is when the egg is implanted in the fallopian tube also called a tubal pregnancy. (i did pay attention in health class knew it would pay off someday :d ) sweetie I would just go get everything checked out for the safety of you and the baby. Good luck melissa

Im Soo Scared!!!

Im 17 1/2 years old. Im turning 18 in july! I dont get it! Could this be a ectopic pregnancy? I should be 5 weeks now according to my first pee test. I cant figure this out. I dont know what to do!

If it was any kind of pregnancy, including ectopic it should show up on a blood test, but I have heard of women being preg. And there blood tests bein negative..I would go somewhere and demand an ultrasound..They are kindda pricy, but if u have insurance it should be okay...That way they could check to see if theres a placenta and a yolk sac(5weeks is too early to see a baby) but they would be able to tell you...Call ur doctor immediately though and get some more tests done...Definetly~

Im not sure but I think the test might have been defective... My nurse told me blood tests are 99% (but there is always a 1%). My friend had an ectopic pregnancy but her blood test still showed positive because there was still hcg in the blood. Im not sure what it could be but im pretty sure u had a defective test. Im sorry girl. (but I also could be wrong too so definetly go see a doctor and explain the situation to her)
