Am I Miscarrying??

I had been gaining weight for about a month, had my period last month and but this month i'm about a week and a half to two weeks early. I'm bleeding profusely and have large clots. My normal periods are a normal red but this is extremely dark. I'm in a lot of pain as well, in my stomach and back and even in my brests. I normally have light periods but this one is extremely heavy. If I was pregnant, I didn't know because I had my period last month. Please help.
