Q: the Pill And Smoking

Just out of curiosity, how bad is it to smoke and be on the pill? I'm pregnant now, but after I have my baby I was considering going on it, but i'm a smoker (but not while i'm pregnant, so no worries :p)...If its going to be super bad for my health i'm not going to go on it, but I was just wondering how hazardous it actually is. Thanks!!

There is an increased risk for smokers to develop dvt (deep vein thrombosis) as compared to non-smokers. You could always stay off the cigs. Now is the best time since you're not doing it anyway :)

Let me clarify... Not going on the pill right now (since yer preggers) but quitting smoking lol. I read my post and it didn't sound right.

Extremely eHealthy

It can really harm you while your on the pill.Many side effects.
