I am 33 years old with a 5 year old, 3
year old and a 2 year old. My back is
always sore. I am assuming it has a lot
to do with bending and picking up and
holding. All activities of a
mom-including laundry, kids, bathing kids,
cleaning, playing, etc. I used to
exercise 4 days a week until my husband
got too busy with work and it seemed to
help a little. Any suggestions on what
would help?
