I was curious if it was possible to get a girl pregnant right after her period because my gf and I had sex a couple times without a rubber right after and a day after her period. I"m scared, but she told me it wasnt possible. Does anyone know for sure?

You can get pregnant at any time...On your period ,off your period, about to be on your period...

The only way to not get pregnant 100% is to not have sex

birth control and condoms are two things that can prevent pregnancy but not 100%

it is possible. It all depends on when she ovulates. If you were wearing a condom and it didn't break, she is not pregnant.

Kudos for you for wearing protection. Keep it up!

I suppose anythings possible, but it is closer to the unlikely end of the spectrum. The 'average' woman ovulates 14 days after the start of her period. So if your gf got her period and bled for the usual 5-7 days, technically, you should have a few days' safe window there right after. It does get a little vague to figure out though because if you had sex 12 days after her period started, and she was having fertile cervical fluid, those spermies could live for a couple days in there until she did ovulate.

If your gf has regular cycles (28 days long), than the above pattern is accurate. If she has longer cycles, then, lucky you, there's a bigger safe window. Your concern right now would be justified if she has shorter cycles, which means hardly any safe window.

Bet you'll be a little more careful with the condoms now! Ah well, everyone needs a scare now and then to jumpstart discipline. I bet you have nothing to worry about.

You know, people really underestimate the use of condoms.
This is a little off topic from the post, lol, but it just amazes me.
Even .I'm guilty [duh .I'm pregnant, lmao]. But .I mean its like..
Does no one really think they're going to get stds? It's scary!

'cause let me tell you- .I'm terrified.
I found out my good friend has herpes.
Her ex boyfriend slept with a girl that my fiance has slept with.
Well ta-da. If she gave it to/got it from her ex boyfriend..
That means there's a good chance that .Chris &.I have it too!

All because we didn't think we needed condoms because
we're going to get married &be together forever &blah blah blah.

Yeah well. F*ck that. Now we might have herpes!

It's really scary.

Wear condoms.
