Here is what I found searching google..

What about vaginal opening looseness or pelvic prolapse after delivery?

This is a common concern that both women and their partners have about delivery. Unfortunately there is almost no data concerning to what degree the vaginal opening is significantly loosened on a permanent basis. Similarly there is a lack of studies determining how many women develop pelvic organ prolapse after delivery. No one even knows if episiotomy and repair results in less long term vaginal gaping.

Most investigators agree that postpartum perineal muscle strengthening exercises such as kegel exercises, will help restore perineal tone. They have even been shown to decrease the incidence of urinary incontinence (9) but they need to be carried on for at least several months.

..But as for me ..Sex is way more pleasureable for me..It use to hurt me ..And now its all good..Jonathan doesnt seem to care about me having jace ..I dont think most guys do care..And if they do then I guess they dont need to be having sex...I asked him if it felt any different and he said no..Which if it did ..He would tell me the truth..Because its not something that would hurt my feelings..We dont put sex first in our relationship anyways...

I would much rather have a loose puss than to have a huge scar across my stomach...My friend brandi had a baby at the same time as me ..And her scar grosses me out ..Nasttyy

yeah I was crying when I was in labor with jace because my doc thought she might have to do a csec..Cause his head wasnt coming straight..And when I pushed he would come out more but ease back in..But then they made me rest on my side and he popped right out..So yeah if my second one ends up having to be a csec ..I would pitch a fit..I've just always seen them on tv and they look so horrible..And my two friends had their babies csec and their stories make me want to cry..
