According to the symptoms you mention (feeling sick after starting to take the birth control pills), you might be experiencing a side effect from the birth control pills. Side effects from contraceptive pills are different in type and severity in different women. It is probably nothing serious, but you may request a standard physical examination and laboratory analysis to exclude other diseases. If everything is OK and the sickness continues, you may consider stopping the specific contraceptive pills you've been prescribed. It doesn’t seem likely that you are pregnant but only a pregnancy test can confirm or exclude that. If a pregnancy test is negative, you can wait until your period comes (during the last 7 pills of the pack). If you don’t get your period you can take another pregnancy test again.
