According to the symptoms you report (painful ejaculation and pain in the testicles), you might be experiencing some inflammation of the prostate, seminal vesicle, epididymis, or testicle. A physical examination, ultrasound and sperm analysis have to be done to identify the source of the problem. You may visit an urologist for a proper examination and treatment, if necessary.
