Think Im Pregnant Did Have My Period For Aug

Ok so I had sex with my husband in june with no protection than at the last day of the month I had my period and it run till the 5 of july.. Than 2 weeks later I was spotting for 2 days and than had my period for 2 or 3 days and now for the month of aug I did not get my period but through everything I have been cramping and I had take 2 test. 1 2 weeks after the other. Both neg... Im going to the dr this week but I dont know what to make of all this , I have been feeling weird pains in my tummy other than the cramping and nap everyday.. Im so lost. I know u cant tell me if I am pregnant or not just would like some input. Thanks :cry:
