What is the "normal" life time expectancy when someone is in late stage 6 early stage 7 of dementia. I read that overall its 20 years, but was not able to find a time break down for the "average" lengths of time for each stage.

Can you help:?:

remaining years of life for all 80-year-olds is approximately 7.0 years; for 85-year-olds, it is 5.0 years.
