Q: Should I Get This Mole On My Face Removed?

I am a 25 year old male in good health. I have had this small mole on my left cheek of my face for pretty much my entire life. Over the past few months, I have noticed that the mole has gotten bigger and now sticks out more. It almost looks like it's inflammed or sort of pink in color. It was always a light skin tone in color but now it looks more pink. Should I get this removed? I would say the mole is about the size of an eraser (just not sticking out that far, but the same roundness). My mother and uncle have both had some slight skin caner on their faces. So I don't know if that makes me more prone to this or not. What do you all recommend I do?

And if I get it removed, do they need to cut it out and put stiches in me? Will I have a scar? Or can they easily but freeze it somehow? Will this need to be done like a surgery in a hospital or something?
