Just one more thing. Read the book slowly, do not read it all at one time. A few pages at a time, and then think about what you have read.
Keep an open mind, and read carefully what he is saying. If by the end of the book you still smoke, maybe you need to re-read the book again making sure to take note or points that apply to you.
Lastly, make sure you follow his instructions. That is the important thing, never forget and never stray from his instructions. If you do that, you can hang around smokers, go drinking with them, what ever. You will never be tempted, and you will not need to use will power to keep from smoking.
This book is the closest to a magic button for stopping smoking as it gets right now.
I smoked for 8 years, a pack and a half a day. The guy who wrote the book smoke 100 cigarettes a day. Two friends of mine who read the book smoked just as much as me. One friend has been quit 2 years, another 6 months, I myself 3 weeks. But here is the catch. It does not matter, I know with out a shadow of a doubt that I will never smoke again.
The book is that good.
Save yourself time and money, get the book before you try any other method.
