According to your symptoms and your age (64) you might be experiencing some type of heart disease (arrhythmia, coronary failure), or high blood pressure, or both. You might consider visiting your GP for a physical examination, an ECG, and laboratory analyses (standard plus lipid, liver and kidney status).
