it sounds like there is something bothering you. usually when i cannot sleep it's because there's an unresolved issue burrowing its way through my subconscious.
one thing that helps me with such issues is meditation, particularly heart rhythm meditation. by focusing your attention on your breath, and the rhythm of your heart, it allows you to tune into what your body is trying to tell you. , thereby restoring a sense of harmony and balance in your life.
